These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the @aibviously account tooling and vid-producer features that connect to TikTok and Meta for creating and publishing social content. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service
vid-producer / @aibviously helps prepare and publish video and related content to social platforms you authorize. This GitHub Pages site provides OAuth redirect and policy URLs required by developer consoles; it is not a standalone consumer product.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of TikTok, Meta, and applicable law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and for all activity performed through authorized apps.
- You must comply with TikTok, Meta, and any other platform developer and community policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Post unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others.
- Circumvent platform rate limits, security controls, or OAuth consent.
- Misrepresent affiliation with bwgregory, @aibviously, or any third party.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, tokens, or other users’ data.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to operate the posting features you request (including delivery to TikTok and Meta). You represent that you have all rights needed to publish the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Third-party services
The service depends on third-party platforms (including TikTok and Meta). Their availability, APIs, and policies may change without notice. We are not liable for outages, policy enforcement, account actions, or content decisions made by those platforms.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or successful publication on any platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bwgregory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or inability to use it.
Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke platform app permissions at any time. We may suspend or discontinue access if you violate these Terms, platform policies, or applicable law, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
